Meet the FBC Staff

Rev. Dr. Jeremy Myers joined the FBC Seymour team as senior pastor in January 2017. Dr. Myers and his wife, Robyn, and two children, Mikayla and Jeremiah, relocated to Seymour from St. Albans, WV, where he served as minister of youth and Christian education at First Baptist Church St. Albans.
He holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Bible and Theology from Appalachian Bible College, a Master of Arts Degree in Ministry from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership of Missional Church Renewal, with particular focus on creating intergenerational ministry, from Palmer Theological Seminary.
Prior to serving at St. Albans, Dr. Myers served as the Associate Pastor at North Webster United Methodist Church in North Webster, IN and as the Youth Pastor at Oakwood Baptist Church in Charleston, WV.

Pastor Nathan Parker joined the FBC Seymour team in June 2017. Before moving to Seymour, he and his family lived in Fort Wayne, where Nathan was a sales engineer at Sweetwater Sound. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Grace College and a Master of Arts degree in Local Church Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary. Prior to his time as a sales engineer, Nathan served as Pastor of Worship and Small Groups at First Christian Church in Kendallville, IN and as Director of Music and Worship Ministries at the United Methodist Church in North Webster, IN.
Pastor Nathan and his wife, Rachel, have two children, Titus and Sophia.

Tim Stair joined the FBC Seymour team in June 2023. Tim, his wife Sarah, and daughters Hannah, Emily, Bella, and Harper began attending FBC in 2021 when he began serving as Program Director at the Boys and Girls Club in Brownstown. Prior to Boys and Girls Club, Tim served for 15 years as a Program Director and Director of Operations at Lakeview Ministries in Seymour, IN, and 5 years as Director of Youth and Evangelism at St. John Lutheran Church in Defiance, OH. Tim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology, specializing in Christian Education, from Concordia University in River Forest, IL.
